Our Commitment

We want fightercut.com and the Fighter Cut iOS app to be usable by as many people as possible. That means we aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time audit. When we build new features we check them against WCAG criteria before shipping. When we receive an accessibility report we treat it with the same urgency as a bug.

Conformance status: Partial — we are actively working to reach full WCAG 2.1 AA conformance.

Enforcement

Fighter Cut is operated by SARL Machetto Douglas, registered in France. If you are not satisfied with our response you may contact the French digital accessibility authority or an equivalent body in your jurisdiction.

In the EU, the Défenseur des droits (French Ombudsman) can receive complaints about digital accessibility. In the UK, the Equality and Human Rights Commission handles such matters under the Equality Act 2010.
